Replacement brush head for Mega Ten 360 Sonic Tooth Brush only. This set is not compatible with  VIVATEC 360 tooth brushes or any similar tooth brushes on the market.

MEDIUM 8 layers (14.3mm * 0.09mm) : recommended 4+ years old

* Replacing a new brush head every 3 month or when needed is strongly suggested. 每3個月或當耗損時應更換新牙刷,以確保衛生及效用。

Instructions for replacement 如何更換 MEGA TEN 刷頭:

1) Turn the brush head in counter-clock wise direction to remove. 先將舊刷頭逆時針方向扭動取出。

2) Replace a new brush head and turn in clock wise direction until you hear a "click" sound. 套上新刷頭, 以順時針方向扭動, 直至卡上。

Instructions for replacing batteries 如何更換電池: 

1) Open the battery cover by turning in clock wise direction. 先將底部電池蓋順時針方向扭動打開。
2) Replace one AAA battery according to the direction. 跟據電池正負極指示, 將一枚AAA電池放入。
3) Close battery cover by turning in counter-clock wise direction. 將電池蓋套上, 以逆時針方向扭動, 直至卡上。
4) Make sure battery cover is fully closed without any gap. 確保套上電池蓋後, 沒有高低縫隙。

When should I replace a new battery 什麼時候更換新的電池?

We recommend changing a new battery every 2 to 3 months to ensure sonic frequency is working property. 建議每2至3個月更換一次新電池。維持刷頭轉動頻率, 能保持口腔清潔效能。

 

 

Shipping within the U.S.

  • Free ground shipping for all US orders above $85.
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays and pre-order items.

  • Items are shipped from Los Angeles, California (United States) unless otherwise stated. 
  • Orders are shipped in accordance with customer's shipping address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 
  • All orders with in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when pre-order items arrive at our warehouse with an exception that all HAWOOD furniture items will be shipped separately from other items. 

Shipping outside of the U.S

  • Items are shipped from Los Angeles, California (United States). Customers outside of the U.S. may have to pay for import duties and sales taxes directly to your carrier.  
  • Prices shown on YOBABYSHOP.COM exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. 
  • For more information about customs and duties upon import, please contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

RETURNS

  • All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
  • Once items have been shipped. they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, it is the purchaser's responsibility to liaise with the courier, No refunds or replacements will be given for product missing or damaged in transit.
  • We understand you might change the mind. We accept unused products returned within 14 days of purchase at the shipping expense of customers. We are unable to accept any item with open-box or sign of use. 
  • In the event wrong item is received, please contact us at info@yobabyshop.com within 7 days after delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
  • All sale and special promo items are final.
