- Customers outside of the U.S. may have to pay for import duties and sales taxes directly to your carrier.

- For more information about customs and duties upon import, please contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.

RETURNS
- All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
- We understand you might change the mind. We accept unused products returned within 14 days of purchase at the shipping expense of customers. We are unable to accept any item with open-box or sign of use.
- In the event wrong item is received, please contact us at info@yobabyshop.com within 7 days after delivery date.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. If gift card payment is used in the order, refund will be issued back to the same gift card first.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. Stocking fees may apply if any package seal/wrap is opened.
