Overview

The "Sekimagoroku (關孫六)" series by Kaijirushi is named after the famous swordsmith Masamune Seki from the Kamakura period, known for forging some of Japan's most revered swords. This series carries on his dedication to blade craftsmanship, applying the spirit of legendary swordmaking to create high-quality household knives. Traditional techniques from Japanese samurai swords are reflected in the Sekimagoroku series, preserving the beauty and craftsmanship of Japan's renowned blades. 

This versatile Santoku Shell "Gyuto" Knife is a multi-purpose Japanese kitchen knife for a samll space, suitable for use at home and in professional kitchens.
