The included lid comes with a see-through glass window lets you easily monitor during the cooking process. Griddle pan is designed with a non-stick coating for easy cleaning. The patented magnetic locking system safely install gas butane.

Built-in Iwatani's temperature stabilization sensor plate helps heat distribution evenly, help with cooking time efficiency and optimal safety.
