Care

How do I clean the folding play mat? 

The Caraz Folder Mats’ faux leather cover are very easy to clean. Just gently wipe with a wet cloth and dry. If there are tougher stains or dirt, you can use warm water with mild soap and then rinse or thoroughly wipe off the detergent with a wet cloth. 

The Caraz Play Mats covers can also be removed via the hidden zipper. It is not recommended to soak or machine wash the cover for normal cleaning. However, under extreme circumstances, the cover can be hand washed and air dried. 

Can the play mat be used outdoors? 

The play mat is not made for outdoor use and should not be exposed to sunlight or moisture for extended periods. 

How should I store the mat when not in use? 

The play mat can be laid on the floor or store away long term. Just make sure to keep it away from sunlight and away from direct heat sources.  

In humid climates, keep the mat in the well-ventilated space and open the zipper to ventilate the inside. 

I received my play mat slightly bent or the cover has creases. Is it defective? 

The playmat foam is hand assembled into its covers. You can correct any bend or creasing by flexing the mat in the opposite direction or guiding the corners of the cover to align with the corners of the foam.
