Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping within the U.S.

  • FREE standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for purchases over $99.00 USD
  • Flat rate standard shipping of $8.95 to the 48 contiguous United States for purchases below $99.00 USD
  • Flat rate shipping of $19.00 to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories for any purchase with exception of furniture items**
  • As of 3/14/2022, a flat rate shipping fee will be charged for select furniture items
    • U.S. 48 contiguous states :
    • Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
      • $50 flat rate shipping - Select furniture items < 22 lbs (example for this tier - HAWOOD furniture chair)
      • $100 flat rate shipping - Select furniture items 22 lbs+ (example for this tier - HAWOOD furniture desk + chair set)
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays and pre-order items.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of any inventory, price, or other product related error. Orders cancelled will be notified via e-mail. 
  • Items are shipped from Los Angeles, California (United States) unless otherwise stated. 
  • Orders are shipped in accordance with customer's shipping address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 
  • Orders containing a mix of in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when pre-order items arrive at our warehouse. Customers have the option to receive in-stock items first with a fee of $8.95 during the checkout process. 

Shipping outside of the U.S

  • $20 flat rate shipping for Canada and Mexico on orders over $199 USD. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout on purchases under $199 USD. Select furniture items excluded and specified as follows:
    • $80 USD flat rate shipping - Select furniture items < 22 lbs (example for this tier - HAWOOD furniture chair)
    • $199 USD flat rate shipping - Select furniture items 22 lbs+ (example for this tier - HAWOOD furniture desk + chair set)
  • Items are shipped from Los Angeles, California (United States). Website currency is in USD. 
  • Customers outside of the U.S. may have to pay for import duties and sales taxes directly to your carrier.  
  • Prices shown on YOBABYSHOP.COM exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. 
  • For more information about customs and duties upon import, please contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.
  • International orders are not qualified for any free shipping promotion on YOBABYSHOP.COM.
  • We are not liable for any returned merchandise due to incomplete customs clearance. Returns received due to the above mentioned reason will be refunded with 15% stocking fee; and shipping fees will not be refunded.   

RETURNS

  • All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
  • Once items have been shipped. they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, it is the purchaser's responsibility to liaise with the courier, No refunds or replacements will be given for product missing or damaged in transit.
  • We understand you might change the mind. We accept unused products returned within 14 days of purchase at the shipping expense of customers. We are unable to accept any item with open-box or sign of use. 
  • In the event wrong item is received, please contact us at info@yobabyshop.com within 7 days after delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. If gift card payment is used in the order, refund will be issued back to the same gift card first.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. Stocking fees may apply if any package seal/wrap is opened.
  • All sale and special promo items are final.

Step 2 : Pack your merchandise and ship via any carrier of choice

Step 3 : Refund will be processed within 10 business days after the returned merchandise is received. Original shipping charges will not be credited.

EXCHANGES OF ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM

  • While we strive to provide only qualify products on yobabyshop.com, there are various factors that might cause slight imperfections. We understand and will be glad to replace any defective item WITHIN 14 DAYS RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.  
  • Defective items claimed after 14 days from receipt may be eligible for warranties. Warranties terms vary from vendors. Please review warranty policies from vendors here. 
  • Items not eligible for warranties and claimed defective after 14 days will NOT be accepted.
