每個人都有一個很奧妙的身體，那麼，關於這個奧妙，你知道多少呢？現在，就讓五味太郎和柳生弦一郎，帶我們一起來認識身體，並開始養成每天和自己的身體對話習慣，讓我們每個人都能擁有一個強健的體魄。
