Crafted in Japan, the KAI Seki Magoroku Akane Series brings the precision and craftsmanship of traditional Japanese blades into the modern kitchen.

Designed for smooth, effortless cutting, each knife features a durable three-layer stainless steel blade with a Molybdenum-Vanadium stainless steel cutting core. The triple-edging process carefully polishes the blade to reduce resistance, creating a sharp, clean cut through vegetables, meat, fish, and everyday ingredients.

The lightweight, balanced handle is made from highly heat-resistant resin for a comfortable and secure grip. Suitable for both right- and left-handed users, the Akane Series offers dependable performance for home cooks and professional kitchens alike.
