We ship all carefully packed orders from Los Angeles, California. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
If your order includes pre-order items, it will ship once everything is available. Estimated shipping time depends on the pre-order item and is listed on the product page.
If you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner, you may select split shipping at checkout (additional $9.95 shipping fee applies).

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within 10 miles of our store.
- Orders placed before 2pm (store hours) → same-day delivery
- Orders placed after → next business day delivery
Tracking updates will be sent once your order is out for delivery.
*** Oversized and furniture items are not eligible for local delivery.
Oversized & Furniture Items
Some oversized or furniture items may require an additional shipping surcharge due to carrier handling and weight.
Shipping for these items will be calculated at checkout and may not qualify for free shipping.
Estimated surcharge (U.S. 48 states):
- Under 25 lbs → $9.95
- 25-50 lbs → $50
- 51-100 lbs → $100
- 101-200 lbs → $250
- 201 lbs+ → $350
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories:
- Rates calculated at checkout (based on weight)
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever provides the best service for your order.
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
A Few Things to Note
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to inventory or pricing errors (you will be notified via email)
For international orders, customers are responsible for communicating with the carrier to complete customs clearance.
If a package is returned due to incomplete customs clearance, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery (excluding final sale items).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at info@yobabyshop.com with your order number and photos.
