Returns & Exchanges

At Yo! Baby Shop, we truly want you to feel good about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at info@yobabyshop.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label along with instructions for sending your item(s) back.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective. You may also choose to receive your refund as store credit or Yo! Points, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost (see below for details).

📌 We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
💡 For faster processing and no return shipping cost, we recommend choosing store credit.

Refund to original payment method

  • Refund amount: Item price + applicable taxes – return shipping cost
  • Original shipping fee is not refundable

Store credit / Yo! Points

  • Refund amount: Item price + applicable taxes
  • Return shipping: Covered by Yo! Baby Shop
  • Original shipping fee is not refundable

📌 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
📌 Items not in original condition may be subject to a 15% to 30% restocking fee or reclassified as imperfect items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

📌Choosing store credit allows you to avoid return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items)
  • Final sale items

Defective Items

We do our best to ensure quality, but we understand things can happen. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@yobabyshop.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We’ll work with you to find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit. In some cases, you may not need to return the item. If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

After 14 Days

We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of delivery.

However, some items may be eligible for manufacturer warranty.
Please refer to the vendor’s warranty information for details.
