Traditional pottery begins with clay taken from the earth, but once pottery is fired, it does not naturally return to the soil. Re-Table Ware was created with the idea of giving unused ceramics a new purpose. Discarded pottery is finely crushed and blended with conventional clay, using approximately 20% recycled clay to create new tableware.

Made in Japan using traditional Mino Ware craftsmanship, the ASUMI collection features soft matte colors and a warm, understated texture. Its simple design blends Japanese and Western aesthetics, making it easy to pair with everything from rice and soup to salads and side dishes.

At 4.5", this bowl features a wider base and a versatile size that works beautifully for an individual serving of salad, soup, rice, fruit, snacks, or small side dishes. Available in Cream and Soft Pink.
